What happens if I received a damaged item?
This never happens as all orders are carefully checked and controlled by our packaging team, before being dispatched. If by any chance you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately to our customer care team email@example.com
How long can I claim my exchange and how long it will be processed?
You can exchange within 14 days after receiving your damaged item. So make sure you check everything right after you received your package. We will process your exchange/return as soon as we are in touch.
Is my damaged item - return/exchange free of charge?
Yes. We will also cover the shipping fee for defect or wrong item.
Can I exchange/return without a reason?
At Y N M; your satisfaction is our top priority. However, we do monitor the exchanges carefully, and may refuse to accept them if a reasonable reason was not provided. Please take note that you can't exchange if it's your order fault, kindly view the item, size guide, and other details carefully before proceeding and placing an order.
Can I refund my item?
